CLUB NOTICES: Week Commencing 1st March 2010: No Notices
Wodson Park Youth Football Club was formed in September 2001 with the help of the Wodson Park Senior team and the Management of Wodson Park Sports and Leisure Centre.
As a holder of the FA Charter Standard we have qualified coaches who are present at training sessions and parent helpers who help on a weekly basis. Our Coaches are always looking to further their experience with refresher courses either within our club or through external providers in order to enhance the standard of coaching within the club. All our our coaches are CRB checked and run their teams in accordance with our codes of practise.
On the 1st June 2009 Wodson Park Youth FC amalgamated with Herts Rangers FC and continues as a voluntary run organisation with an aim to provide local children both boys and girls with the opportunity to take part in football that is fun, progressive and run in a controlled safe environment.
We have great facilities at our four sites, Wodson Park, St Edmunds College, Crouchfields and Thunderidge Recreation Ground.
